David’s career spans many years in the structured finance and debt capital markets. He has worked for a number of banks in South Africa and the UK and was involved in structuring one of the first cross-border securitisation transactions in South Africa.
David was the Legal Counsel for the Bond Exchange before joining the structured finance unit at Moody’s where he acted as lead analyst on many European and South African securitisation transactions. He also headed up the corporate services business unit at a global advisory, administration and family office firm responsible for the fiduciary and corporate administration services to structured finance and securitisation transactions.
David held the position as Chairman of the South African Securitisation Forum from 2015 to 2018. He holds a BCom, LLB and LLM degree from Wits as well as a Certificate in Advanced Company Law.

Kurt has held numerous positions in the banking, asset management and corporate fiduciary sectors. These include the appointment as General Manager for a pan-african asset management company, Head of the corporate services division of a global advisory, administration and family office firm and Head of Legal and Compliance for a South African asset management company.
He serves as both trustee as well as non-executive director to various listed and unlisted special purpose entities that include investment funds, securitisation and structured finance vehicles and community development trusts.
He holds a B Juris and LLB from the University of South Africa, an MBA from the University of Wales and an Executive MBA from the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business.
He is the current chairman of the South African Securitisation Forum.

Sinah heads the company secretarial services division at Quadridge, bringing more than 20 years of experience in corporate governance and company secretarial disciplines. Her extensive background includes a significant tenure at one of South Africa’s leading banks, where she provided specialised company secretarial support and advisory services for various special purpose vehicles, including securitisation schemes.
She holds a diploma in Practical Bookkeeping, a Financial Management certificate, and is currently enhancing her expertise through a Compliance Management Certificate with the University of Cape Town, alongside pursuing a Chartered Secretaries Degree with the Chartered Governance Institute of South Africa.

Evelyn qualified as an Attorney and after practicing for a few years joined the banking industry, holding various senior positions within the debt capital markets divisions focusing particularly on the securitisation and structured finance areas.
Evelyn also fulfilled the role as debt executive in respect of the debt sponsor role for debt listings on the JSE.
Prior to her time spent in the Debt Capital Markets Division of Nedbank, she headed up Domestic Financial Institutions responsible for counterparty facilities, intermediary relationships and risk.
Evelyn holds a Bproc and LLB degree from Wits and a MSc – CCC from Hates Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in France, in association with the Saïd business School of Oxford University, UK.

Gary is a Chartered Accountant and an experienced executive financial director with over 20 years’ experience, providing value as the key financial and strategic partner at profitable, high-growth, entrepreneurial, international and Southern African companies.
His experience at running early-stage start-up businesses both in South Africa and across the African region which included the establishment of an off-shore investment banking Head Office.
Gary has project managed the successful acquisition of strategic funding for the implementation of corporate strategy and liquidity on behalf of both corporate and SME clients. Gary is also a non-executive director and Audit Committee chair of a number of Securitisation Special Purpose Vehicles.

Mike began his career in IT and data analytics within the life insurance industry. He later joined Standard Bank’s Investment Banking Division and worked in the structured finance, debt capital markets and securitisation areas, both in Johannesburg and London.
During this time he originated and executed a number of loan and securitisation transactions in South Africa, Hong Kong, Europe and Russia and represented Standard Bank in various debt capital industry forums and working task groups.
As an industry expert, he continues to consult and advise on debt capital market transactions.

Winty previously provided specialist administrative and support services to the corporate services division of a global advisory, administration and family office firm.
She assists with the establishment of special purpose companies and trusts and provides company secretarial support services to securitisation and structured finance entities.
She is also responsible for a broad range of general support and administrative functions within the company.

Keneiloe is a supply chain specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services, petroleum and logistics industries.
She is skilled in negotiation, supply chain optimisation, operations management, warehouse operations, people management, vendor management and corporate governance.
She serves as independent non-executive director on the board of a South African Asset and Wealth Management Company and holds appointments as trustee to various development trusts.
Keneiloe holds a BSc.(Hons) in Industrial Technology from BirminghamCity University (UK), and a Masters in Supply Chain Management from the University of Pretoria.
After completing her articles, Nini practiced in the litigation, commercial, competition and employee benefits departments of Edward Nathan & Friedland as well as Knowles Husain & Lindsay attorney firms.
She then joined Standard Bank where she held various positions within the supply chain management and procurement divisions. These included Head Legal and Relationship Management as well as Head Group Vendor
Management.
She now consults on a project basis to large institutions advising on strategic and operational leadership, providing legal and compliance support and advising on supply chain transformation and diversification. Nini holds a BA from the University of Durban Westville University and an LLB and LLM from the University of Witwatersrand.
